Returns & Refund Policy

At Ayandeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall décor purchase, you may request a return or exchange for eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and maintained in their original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Items must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page

Return Request Process

To begin a return, you must first contact us at contact@ayandeco.shop for approval. Once your request is accepted, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for proper packaging

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Damaged products (such as frames, prints, or packaging)

  • Incorrect items, sizes, designs, or colors

  • Missing parts or hanging hardware

After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (including items with added text or images)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to complete the return process for the original order and place a new order separately. Any approved refund or credit may be used toward the new purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply.
